All the songs are live performances of recordings made by Rick between 2016 and 2022. Initially this album was to be called 'Rich Ford Raw and Ready' because that was what these recordings are: Rick - Live, Raw and Ready. Some were recorded at Peace Through Folk events at various places, the rest at Mixon, his farm high in the Staffordshire Moorlands. Sadly, Rick was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukaemia during the spring of 2025 to which he eventually succumbed on July 13th.
